What is a voice AI agent?
A voice AI agent answers telephone calls and holds a spoken conversation, rather than presenting a menu of keypad options. It converts speech to text, works out what the caller wants, looks the answer up in your systems, and replies in a synthesised voice — typically within a second or two. It suits high-volume, repetitive calls such as order status, opening hours and appointment booking. Complex, emotional or high-value conversations should be routed to a person, and a well-designed system makes that transfer easy rather than hiding it.
A phone line that actually answers
The failure mode of voice AI is a caller repeating themselves three times and then hanging up. Everything here is designed around avoiding that.
- Natural conversation, not a menu tree
- The caller states their problem in their own words, in Bangla or English, and the system works out the intent. It handles interruptions and corrections mid-sentence rather than restarting the prompt.
- Low-latency replies
- Tuned so the pause before a response stays short enough to feel like a conversation — the single biggest factor in whether callers tolerate it.
- Connected to your systems
- Looks up real order status, appointment slots and account details live, so the answer is correct rather than generic.
- Clean transfer to a person
- Escalates on request, on frustration, or on any topic you nominate — passing the caller's details and the reason so they do not start over.
- Transcription and call analytics
- Every call transcribed and searchable, with reporting on volume, resolution rate and the questions you should be answering elsewhere.

Questions, answered
01How well does it understand Bangla speech?
Good for clear speech on a decent line, weaker with heavy background noise or a strong regional accent. We test with recordings from your own call environment and give you a measured accuracy figure before you commit, rather than a vendor benchmark.
02Will callers know they are talking to a machine?
Most will, and we recommend saying so at the start. Attempting to pass it off as human is the fastest way to lose trust when it eventually gets something wrong — and in many contexts disclosure is the safer position legally.
03What happens if it cannot help?
It transfers to your team with the caller's details and the reason for the call attached. Callers can also ask for a person at any point, and we build that as an always-available path rather than a hidden one.
04How much does voice AI cost in Bangladesh?
There is a build cost and a per-minute running cost covering telephony and speech processing. The running cost makes it economical at high call volume and poor value at low volume — we model it against your actual call numbers and will say if it does not add up.
05Can it work with our existing phone number and PBX?
In most cases yes. We integrate with common VoIP and PBX setups, and with local telecom providers. We confirm your specific configuration during discovery.
06How long does it take to go live?
Four to eight weeks typically. Speech tuning against your recordings and real-condition testing are the parts that take time, and skipping them is what produces a system callers hang up on.
07Are calls recorded and is that a problem?
Calls are transcribed and can be recorded, with a notice to the caller. Retention periods are set by you, and for regulated sectors the whole system can run on your own infrastructure.
