What is social media and ad comment automation?
Comment automation connects your Facebook and Instagram pages to a system that reads incoming comments and messages, replies to the routine ones automatically, and opens a private conversation with the person who commented. For businesses advertising on Facebook this closes a specific and expensive gap: a campaign can generate hundreds of comments asking price or availability, and manually answering them within the minutes that buying intent lasts is not realistic. Each enquiry is also logged as a lead against the campaign, which is what makes ad spend measurable.
The comment thread treated as a sales channel
'Price koto?' under a boosted post is a buying signal with a shelf life of about ten minutes.
- Automatic comment replies
- Detects what the comment is asking — price, size, delivery area, stock — and replies publicly with the answer from your product data, in Bangla, English or Banglish, matching how it was asked.
- Comment to Messenger handoff
- The public reply is paired with a private message opening the conversation, which is where the order actually gets placed.
- Lead capture and routing
- Name, number, product interest and source campaign recorded automatically and pushed to your CRM or sheet for follow-up.
- Hides what should be hidden
- Complaints and abusive comments routed to a person, with rules for what gets hidden rather than answered in public.
- Attribution per campaign
- Which post produced which enquiries and which orders — the number that tells you where to put the next ad budget.

Questions, answered
01Is automatic comment replying allowed by Facebook?
Yes, through the official Facebook and Instagram APIs, which is what we use. Automation that relies on logging in as a user violates platform terms and risks your page — we do not build that way.
02Will replies sound robotic?
They are written in your brand's voice and reviewed by you before launch. We deliberately keep public replies short and useful; the longer conversation belongs in Messenger, not the comment thread.
03Can it reply in Bangla?
Yes, including Banglish written in English letters, which is how most comments actually arrive. It matches whichever the commenter used.
04What about negative comments and complaints?
Those are routed to a person, not answered automatically. You set the rules for what gets hidden versus escalated, and we would generally advise against auto-replying to any complaint.
05How much does it cost in Bangladesh?
A build and setup fee, plus a running cost that scales with message volume. It pays back fastest for businesses already spending meaningfully on Facebook ads; at low comment volume it is hard to justify, and we will say so.
06How long does it take to set up?
Two to four weeks, including page connection, loading your product data and testing on a live campaign.
07Will we still need someone monitoring social media?
Yes, and you should. The system handles volume and routine questions; a person still handles complaints, negotiation and anything reputational. It changes what your team spends time on rather than removing the role.
